01Introduction & Acceptance

Use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. The Platform provides AI-powered carousel generation from user-supplied podcast and video content.

02User Accounts & Security

• Users must be of the minimum legally required age in their jurisdiction to register.
• Users are required to provide accurate account information, including a valid email address and full name.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and verification codes.

03Credits, Subscriptions & Payments

• One (1) credit is equivalent to one (1) carousel generation.
• Free and Premium plan tiers are available; feature access varies by plan.
• Unused credits are non-refundable unless a generation failure is attributable to the Platform.
• All payment processing is handled by Stripe. The Platform does not store full credit card details.

By using the Platform, users also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable Use & User Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform.
• Generating content that is harmful, abusive, illegal, or violates the rights of third parties.

05User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of all carousels generated through the Platform.
• Users must confirm they hold the appropriate rights or fair-use justification for any YouTube videos or podcast content they submit.
• The Platform does not claim ownership of any original third-party video or audio content submitted by users.

06Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party APIs including YouTube, Apify, and AI generation providers. Service availability is subject to the uptime and terms of these providers. The Platform accepts no liability for disruptions caused by third-party service failures.

07Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The Platform is not liable for inaccuracies arising from AI-generated content or failed image generations.
• The Platform's total financial liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the preceding twelve (12) months.

08Account Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts in cases of payment failure, abuse of generation limits, or violation of these Terms of Service.

09Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
